Of all the things we do for clients, presentations are the mmost fun. Most of these are done in powerpoint formats, and as part of those projects we normally do a powerpoint template, complete with background art and images, that your people can use for follow-on or associated presentations.
Presentations are meant to be heard
While everyone doing a presentation writes it out, builds it in powerpoint, it's crucial to remember that the audience will hear it, not read it. That means crafting the words so they fit the spoken cadence with a pleasing beat... that the spoken phrases flow easily... that the silences and points on the slides that are purposely not spoken so that they subconciously reinforce the message of the entire presentation.
Speaker notes, handouts, and guides
In order to be prepared for the presentation, Mindpik also writes a complete set of speaker notes to help you with the subtler points of the presentation and prep you for potential questions. We also do a speaker's guide to help set the stage for the presentation, what it is trying to accomplish and the strategy being employed to do that. And of course, handouts are frequently required -- if the company does not have suitable literature for the presentation and subject, Mindpik will build a literature piece just for the occasion.
